Box Office Assistants

Box Office Assistants report to the Box Office Manager on a shift-to-shift basis. The main priority of the Box Office Assistant is to provide a high and professional standard of customer care that reflects the mission statement of Chamber Music Pittsburgh; this is especially important as they are the first point of contact for the public at concert venues. Box Office Assistants are needed an hour and a half prior to concerts for a total of 2 1/2 hours of work, which includes selling tickets, CDs, etc.  Pay is a flat rate.

Concert Concierges 

Concert Concierges report to the Box Office Manager on a shift-to-shift basis. The main priority of the Concert Concierge is to assist patrons into the building and to locate their seats if needed. This is a volunteer position but volunteers receive complimentary tickets to concerts.
